Positions currently available Marketing Assistant
The role
Australian Business is currently recruiting for a ‘Marketing Assistant’ to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for organising and maintaining the marketing and communication operation of the organisation, deal with administration of the membership and maintain and manage the new website which launches in 2010.
As Marketing Assistant you will be dealing with some of the biggest brands in the world including Qantas, HSBC, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Rolls-Royce, Fosters Group, Rio Tinto, BHP Billiton, Macquarie Bank and will work closely with the Australian High Commission and various State Government offices.
You will be working on some very high profile events and marketing activities for the Australian business community including:

You will be driven to take the initiative and see the job done as well adhering and maintaining
attention to detail

You will be responsible for helping to develop advertising, coordinate events, deal with clients and suppliers and manage data

Ideally you will have some experience with working with websites and have strong administration skills

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 18 months marketing, administration or events experience
Salary: 18k-22k depending upon experience
